How to Make Time for Karate Practice?

Consistent practice is the key to progress in karate. To grow in skill, confidence, and discipline, students must make karate a regular part of their daily routine. By setting aside dedicated time each day—even just 20 to 30 minutes—students can improve techniques, build strength, and deepen focus.
