All transactions must be confirmed with a payment screenshot or receipt sent to our official communication channel (Email or WhatsApp).

2. No Cash Policy

MYKARATE INTERNATIONAL does not accept any cash payments. Payments made in cash to any person, including instructors or representatives, are strictly unauthorized.

3. Scope of the Policy

This policy covers all types of payments, including:

• Belt Exams & Certificate Charges
• Event & Tournament Entry Fees
• Uniform & Equipment Purchases
• Institutional/School Program Fees
• All other MYKARATE Related Fees

Each transaction must be followed by a screenshot or confirmation receipt sent to our official WhatsApp group for proper tracking.

4. Payment Guidelines

• Always confirm UPI or bank details before making payment.
• Send payment proof immediately to the official WhatsApp or email.
• Ask for a digital receipt from MYKARATE INTERNATIONAL.
